Strengthen the safety measures for line erection

1. Before going out of work, you must check that the lighting tools and communication tools are in good condition and have sufficient power; Check that personal tools and labor protection articles are complete

4. When setting out, Station Liaison must be set at the station, on-site protectors must be set at both ends of the stringing section, and train protectors must be set for on-board protection. The on-site protective personnel must bring all protective equipment when carrying out protective operations

5. Before paying off, the grounding wire shall be hung at both ends of the paying off section, and the wind swing prevention measures shall be taken to prevent the grounding wire from invading the driving gauge

6. When hoisting the reel, first confirm whether the reel number is consistent with the anchor section number

7. the reel keeper must keep a close watch on the reel at all times, and shall not leave the post without permission or do other work concurrently. Tools, materials and any part of the body are strictly forbidden to invade the rotating area of the reel

In the process of setting out, special personnel must be assigned to watch and control at the places where leads are easy to be stuck, such as the anchor column, the bridge, the signal equipment, and the hanging pulley, so as to prevent slotting, sticking, and other phenomena. The monitoring and control personnel shall not sit or lie on the road, shoulder and revetment, but must patrol and inspect the key monitoring and control places, and notify the construction director in time if any problems are found

15. When walking on the shoulder, the operator must walk inside the rope to prevent being injured by the clue or bouncing under the slope protection

16. When lifting the reinforcing wire, no one should be under the thread to prevent personal injury accidents caused by the falling of the thread

17. In the process of tightening the line, attract high-level R & D personnel in the middle of the span, and both ends must be watched and controlled by special personnel to check whether the stay wire, pole and tower are deformed or other abnormal conditions at any time

18. When using the hanging ladder, tightening the line of the ladder and dropping the anchor, someone must hold the hanging ladder firmly and take anti-skid measures. Personnel must step gently and walk slowly to prevent falling when going up and down the ladder

19. Operators must wear safety belts when slowing down the saddle, and use balanced force during the operation. Rough operation is not allowed

20. temporary grounding measures must be taken for the erected reinforcing wire, and the grounding location shall be recorded; When connecting reinforcing wires to anchors, the reinforcing wires at both ends must be grounded to prevent personal injury caused by inductive electricity

21. After the completion of stringing, a specially assigned person should patrol and inspect the newly erected lines to ensure that the erected lines are firm and reliable

22. After the operation, the operators must recycle and count all the working materials and tools used, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the working materials and tools on the operation site

23. After the line is opened, all personnel must withdraw to the outside of the protection and lock the convenience door. No one is allowed to work on the line

24. Regularly inspect the safety tools used by construction personnel
