in terms of information processing, digitalization, networking and informatization have become a major theme of logistics development. The combination of logistics and e-commerce has further promoted the process of packaging informatization. For example, the database and coding of logistics information collection, the electronization and computerization of logistics information processing, the standardization and real-time of logistics information transmission, the digitization of logistics information storage, the factory wide application of electronic ordering system (EOS), electronic data exchange (EDI) and other technologies all require product packaging to become information-based, and the automatic identification system and bar code technology should be properly applied to packaging. The automation of logistics, such as bar code/language/radio frequency automatic identification system, automatic building separation system, automatic access system and automatic cargo tracking system, can be realized only when there is a clear identification and readable information code on the package. At present, one-dimensional code can no longer meet the needs of product information description. Two-dimensional code technology, which is rich in product name, price, manufacturer, production date, weight, expiration date, inspector and other information, is gradually being used in product packaging. Of course, at present, most recognizable barcodes are printed by printers and pasted on packaging containers, which will bring some inconvenience to the informatization of packaging. However, with the improvement of the technology of printing machine recognizable barcodes directly on packaging containers, it will bring great convenience to the informatization of packaging products

Second, packaging enterprises have transformed from "traditional single packaging products" to "large-scale third-party packaging"

with the development of logistics flexibility, "multi variety, small batch, short cycle" products are increasing, which requires the packaging industry to have a strong ability to reflect the market. In order to reduce risk investment and inventory, the packaging industry is forced to move towards flexibility, that is, to quickly provide different packaging services for different products. With the liberalization of trade and the expansion of the global capital market, logistics companies have joined forces to establish logistics bases and logistics industrial parks. In order to adapt to the important trend of the rapid development of logistics, traditional single packaging products, whether paper packaging or plastic packaging, may be difficult to meet the needs of logistics enterprises' major customers for complete packaging solutions. Take a simple toothpaste packaging for example, it requires both plastic hose packaging, It also needs to use cartons for packaging, and its outer packaging involves the problem of corrugated carton packaging, which forces enterprises producing different packaging products to move towards the road of joint development, making breakthroughs in the quantity, quality and variety of packaging products, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises

in addition, with the accession to the WTO, the export of China's products is increasing, and the demand for packaging is becoming increasingly stringent. The major customers of logistics enterprises are increasingly aware of the serious lack of the ability of internal packaging procurement, packaging research and development, and packaging planning. Therefore, more and more enterprises hope to adopt "outsourcing" and "contract" packaging methods to complete the packaging of products, This requires large-scale packaging enterprises to provide a one-step package solution, that is, product packaging planning, packaging production, packaging procurement, and product packaging are outsourced to third parties other than product producers and consumers, that is, the "large-scale third-party packaging" mentioned in this article. The larger the scale of packaging enterprises, the stronger the ability to adopt new technologies and technological innovation, and the more able they can meet the packaging needs of logistics parks and logistics bases. Therefore, with the development of logistics, "large-scale third-party packaging" will increasingly become a trendsetter in the market
