it is clear that no unit or individual is allowed to dump, throw or stack construction waste at will, mix construction waste with other domestic waste and hazardous waste, and engage in transportation, consumption and other activities of construction waste without permission

in the provisions of Chapter V "law", penalties are formulated for the above provisions. It mainly includes two situations: first, if "construction waste is dumped, scattered or stacked at will", the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management will order it to make corrections within a time limit, give a warning, impose a fine of more than 100000 yuan on the unit, except for a fine of less than 10000 yuan on the automobile transmission shaft fatigue performance test bench, and impose a fine of less than 200 yuan on the individual who produces construction waste; The second is "mixing construction waste with other domestic waste and hazardous waste".
